The experience and trust that is foundational to these satisfied customer comments originate with who we are. Ron and Nancy Ryan are owners and operators of Total Home. Ron’s experience and knowledge in home management comes from his work as an independent builder for 7 years and from his 10 years with Village Builders. He is also a licensed real estate broker and previously a licensed home inspector. While Ron takes care of the fieldwork and coordinating with clients and contractors, Nance takes care of the office. As a trained classical pianist Nancy’s attention to detail is vital to great customer relationships as she does the scheduling and is the keeper of the books. Having met at Wheaton College and married for 50 years, they understand commitment. As applied in Total Home’s daily activity, that commitment is directed to all their clients no matter the size of the job, from changing a light bulb to remodeling an entire kitchen.
