What We Do
Our Home Watch checks involve a complete visual inspection looking for obvious issues of the exterior and interior of your home. We check the exterior and interior of your home and report any problems or potential problems that we identify. Our checks are based on industry best practices by the National Home Watch Association and your preferences or requirements to create a checklist customized to your home. Additionally, if we identify a problem, we can mitigate the situation at your direction.
We provide this service on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The price of our checks is based on the specifics of your property and preferences. We offer a free consultation to walk through your home, discuss your needs, and determine visit frequency to provide the cost.
